A piece of Italy in Australia….

William McHenry on his first visit to Italy. We have laid the foundations for the collaboration to make these unique spirits known in the world. In memory and as a seal of the agreement, William bought a bell to be affixed outside his distillery.

Each time it is played, our traditional bell notes spread across the vast Australian lands of Tasmania.
